Unfortunately we have found it necessary to implement a cancellation policy, due to bookings being made and then cancelled at a later date for no apparent reason. The conditions for this policy are:

Once you receive your booking confirmation via email you will have entered into a binding contract with Knights Castles and will be bound by our terms and conditions, a copy of this can be downloaded by clicking on the link below.

Cancellation due to unsuitable weather conditions can be made by the hirer anytime up to four hours before the arranged delivery slot, all hire charges will be cancelled and any monies received will be returned.

Cancellation for any other reason other than the above, with less than 7 days notice, including double booking with another hire company will result in the full hire fee being charged, the hirer will then be sent an invoice for any outstanding balance.

We will take all necessary steps to recover any monies owed, failure to pay will result in your details being passed on to a debt recovery agency for collection.
